Membership is valid for one year from the month you joined or renewed. You can find the membership application link below; please download, save, and complete the form. Once completed, you can submit it by dropping it off at the library or mailing it with your payment.
You may also scan and email the form to registrar@siouxvalleygenealogicalsociety.org and remit payment by mailed check or through PayPal.

Membership includes an electronic copy of the Pathfinder. One registered email on our website for a family membership.
